Pros
Small company but good culture, no office politics, Friday feast, Breakfast given by office, which is very rare in India. Good for learning and gaining experience, would get experience of working on multiple projects, dealing with clients and all. Interview process was few rounds, one technical and one HR round, they came to our college for campus placement, as a fresher they asked about database, and algorithm questions and also asked data structure questions.
