- The people in my batch are fun to be with; they’re the only thing that makes the job and environment at this company bearable. - If you’re a fresh grad, working here might be okay, but don’t spend years—it’s really not worth it. - In my case, the salary was just average. And there’s a reason for it. - Salary increases are rare, even after years of work - There’s a lot of gossip and office politics. - The company is owned by Chinese people, and rules are enforced based on their culture and personality, which can feel very different from typical Filipino workplace expectations and may affect employees’ well-being. - Many reviews from former employees seem to have been removed, making it difficult to get a full picture of the company here. - I highly recommend reaching out to former employees (e.g., via LinkedIn) to ask about their experience, as not everything can be shared here due to legal reasons.
