Then they get the hourly rate wrong so you be paid roughly the same for doing 12hrs shift of days and nights as to the 8hrs previous just to save themselves their over heads. You also have to a crew holiday for paid holiday.

Poor management - micromanagement and very reactive to the smallest of situations Too much admin - process for the sake of process No autonomy - management dont trust us even though all we do is work hard for them Blame culture No work/life balance
