Pros
My favorite part about working at MCG is being able to be your own boss. You get out of it what you put in and you don't have anyone breathing down your neck all day long. Yes, there are some daily quotas you have to hit, but if you don't, management understands that you aren't going to always be on your A game every second of everyday. The employees I work with are great and it makes the office life very enjoyable. We represent top clients and continue to expand, so there is potential to make good money.
Cons
Offer letters can be negotiated, but when it comes to benefits, I get no yearly bonuses or 401k options and I have to split the cost of Health, Vision, and Dental coverage.
