Pros
This review is for man industries/man realty...No pros. Welcome to angutha chaap lala ji's world. The promoter (ramesh and nikhil) have their own law, accounting and finance which is in total disagreement with the text book and experience and they will make work based on their unguta chaap knowledge which results in wastage of your efforts and total annihilation of your knowledge/experience. The promoter does not know how to run a business and is grossly incompetent. The hr of the company is 'impotent' and not even Viagra can make them potent. The hr does personal work of promoter and does not care about the employees. The policy of the company is to find out people who can work for peanuts and/or to hire ppl who are in trouble i.e. the staff here is not up to the mark and exclusively consist of ppl who can't find employment elsewhere.
Cons
There are no increments for 3-4 years. The promoter is busy in checking the cost of air tickets of the employee rather than focusing on business. If you question them then they will first find your replacement and once the person joins they will ask you to leave the very next day. They don't care if your career is spoiled. Performance is not relevant in this company. Your salary will heavily consist of annual payouts which will never be paid. It is better to sit at home than to work for this company. Promoter will go on leave every 3 months but will not grant leave to the employee and micro manages daily attendance even of office boys. At the time of leaving the company, even if you have been asked to leave, your dues will be forfeited and nothing will be paid. The promoters/company/hr cannot be trusted on matters pertaining to money/employee dues. No welfare activities for employee..they will withold your increments/bonus citing poor performance of the company but at the same time they will go on overseas trip i.e. these trips are financed by employee dues. The realty business is run in a worst possible manner every 3 months employee are changed and their dues forfeited. Check the nclt website the company has been dragged to insolvency even for claims of 1 lakh rupees. Buyers cheated - the building are under construction from past 10 years but still not constructed . Buyers cannot seek withdrawal from the project and their is not refunded. It is total fraud company ....plz don't spoil your career by joining this company.
