Pros
- Fully remote working - Recruitment and onboarding processes were great
Cons
- You can be called and asked for immediate things at any time - because it's always firefighting - No strategy, no proper actionable plans - business is just built on gaining new customers without thinking about consequences - Communications of some senior resources are unprofessional. I witnessed them telling inappropriate stuff to customers during customer meetings - Politics is at another level - some people you don't even work with can spread false gossip about you - Some people are so exhausted due to a lack of work/life balance, as a result, they tend to make a lot of mistakes, they tend to be aggressive, and you need to repeat yourself again and again for the same topics - That's almost impossible to find the availability of key project people, which leads to critical communication gaps
