Cons
Very high workload, no work-life balance, Saturdays are also loaded, too much office politics, bossy bosses, company is not treating project-based employees fairly considering the benefits of regular employees (14th, 15th, performance bonus, loans, higher leave credits, etc.). Wide difference in terms of benefits. Regularization is literally just a dream.
For project-based employees, you only get the DOLE minimum 5 days leave and heavy workload. If you’re up for the challenge, this company is still one of the best to jumpstart your career.
