Pros
Fun place to work. They treat you like a human being unlike most dealerships in Sacramento. Family owned and they are hands on with employees. Willing to spend money on good training and aggressive on pricing and advertising.
Cons
On the downside - having 500 used cars to choose from, it's hard to drive an hour to fetch a car. A couple of managers are over their head and need to be changed.
