Pros
At Maiojama I had the great experience to work with dedicated and well trained people. I also had incentive and financial help to do a post-graduation course in finance. I was also a member of the social responsibility committee when i had the chance to practice and learn a lot about volunteer work.
Cons
After 18 month working in a lovely professional environment, the company start pass through a turbulence time and decided to cut down the number of employees, including the Finance Manager.
