Pros

I love working here. Great fast pace with high degree of impact and influence over the direction of the company. We listen to our customers and this shows up in the product very quickly. We are building the plane as we fly it. The Sales Team is very open and I have the support I need to win.

Cons

Still establishing the swim lanes and territories and dialing them in but we are getting there quickly.
