Pros

People there are very cooperative and truly wanna help each other grow and the salaries are good.

Cons

The management is honestly so bad, and they don’t care how overwhelmed the agents are, they just want the job done. They constantly add tasks on the chat team to help other departments without considering the number of agents who are actually carrying the whole work on their shoulders. They don’t care if you’re old or new, and they don’t care whether you want to resign because of their bad management or stay and keep quiet and get the job done. All of this has led the experienced agents to resign, and now the whole department is basically nothing but new agents who are still learning. Not to mention ofc the mandatory overtime to cover the agents shortage.
