There are a million amazing things! Everyone works in teams, so no one is left taking care of everything for others. There is lots of room for advancement in position and pay, be it little jumps or larger moves. You are in control of choosing if you would like to move up. I started out cleaning and have moved up to be the office manager. I wouldn't trade this company for the world! Paid drive time between homes Closed on weekends Closed major holidays (Memorial day, Fourth of July, etc...) Involved owners Amazing team members Lots of communication They really listen when you have suggestions or changes that you think should be made. The owners always go above and beyond to take care of the team here. They really care about everyone as an individual!

The only downside would be if you like having a schedule that is set in stone. I absolutely love how the schedule is quite fluid, so every day is something a little different, but it is not everyone's cup of tea.

Company morale is great and they are generally friendly. They do clean current employees houses for free and willing to work with your schedule if you’re communicative with them.

Back-breaking work for not nearly a wage to match. Expect you to hand wash floors on your hands and knees but do not provide you with knee pads. They do not pay you for extra time if you’re stuck in traffic, only what they have deemed to be your drive time for the day. If you call in, it seems they punish you and shorten your hours or have you clean the owners houses for “training” purposes.
