cant think of anything that I didn't like

County Benefits, paid time off, holidays. Wonderful coworkers.

Hostile work environment. SSA's were fabulous coworkers and very helpful. Management is clueless to ORC and other laws. The director makes threats about firing SSAs at staff meetings and constantly puts down workers in front of coworkers. Extremely hostile work environment in regards to the director and supervisors. No training. Forces overtime work without pay. Supervisors and director do not care about individuals with disabilities, it is all about money and giving families what they want and other families nothing that they need. I constantly made reports about abuse and neglect and nothing was done about it. Supervisors force you to authorize funds for services that were not provided.
