      - Very bad management -The company is always eager to deduct employee salary by using various rules they have created. -Be ready to make bonds or pay money to get a job in such a company. - Don't expect that you will get a chance to learn as most of the people are fresher. -All rules are for company benefit only. -Very Bad Politics by Manager(Self-declared Boss). Advice to Management Just think why all employees are eager to leave the company. (Ready to pay bond-breaking amount )
