Pros
If you are under the right leadership you can actually become a business owner, but this location does not have the right leadership for anyone to succeed.
Cons
I started at the beginning of December 2017. I was let go at the beginning of January 2018 by the owner. I was told that I can make more than $10/hour elsewhere and I do not have student mentality. The week before the owner fired me, I was rep of the week and I was helping to train others when that wasn't even my job. I don't understand how someone that is lacking student mentality is rep of the week and also is training others before getting promoted. Also, I know that I can make more than $10/hour. I know who I am. I know my potential. I turned down three other jobs paying more when I decided to give this job a chance. The outcome was me getting fired without even one legitimate reason. I was lied to multiple times. You are told one schedule, but then when you actually start working, your schedule changes everyday. People have lives to live. Beware of snakes in sheep's clothing. Management is all for themselves. They are all about money and what you can do for them. I'm telling you now, if you have a family to take care of, responsibilities, if you are looking for a steady income, run away from Magnetics. Always beware of a business that can never retain employees and businesses that are always hiring. You will not last long here because the ownership and management is not up-to-par for you to succeed. I give Magnetics Management Group, under it's current leadership, 6 months before it is gone out of business. Please don't waste your time if you are seriously in need of income.
