Newer to the organization but one thing that greatly stood out to me about the team is how they are in constant communication with each other. With being remote, it is sometimes difficult to ensure all team members are engaged but that doesn't seem to be an issue with this group. It's also refreshing that the organization has the mentality of not being stuck on a hierarchy/titles and everyone is willing to go above and beyond to help each other.

None that I can think of at this moment.

I work with wonderful people who make every day fun and who always have each other's back. Projects are challenging and interesting. We're very collaborative and everyone's ideas are respected. Our leaders are supportive and transparent. I especially like that I can easily see the impact my work has on the outcomes for our clients and our company as a whole. Working with a small, very hands-on team has allowed me to build new skills and learn way more than I could have at another company.

It's a fast-paced environment where everyone is at the top of their game. It's very obvious if someone isn't pulling their weight. The learning curve can be a challenge if you aren't familiar with all of the technology right away.
