Pros

pay is pretty good. that's pretty much it.

Cons

high turnover. lots of office politics and people play the blame game. everyone seems scared of the boss. major changes will occur affecting your work without any warning, all the time. sometimes end up staying quite late.

Pros

* The pay * Wonderful direct supervisors and fellow case managers. * Great relationships with patients and the opportunity to genuinely help people. * Remote work flexibility. * Strong teamwork among the case management department. * Many hardworking employees who truly care about patients.

Cons

* Significant communication issues between departments. * Case managers were often treated as though they were at the bottom of the company hierarchy. * Communication from some departments was frequently unprofessional. * Employees were often called out publicly for mistakes instead of being coached privately. * Performance metrics relied heavily on percentages that did not always reflect the full picture of an employee’s workload. * Caseloads varied greatly, making performance comparisons difficult. * Felt there was favoritism in how opportunities and transfers were distributed. * Concerns raised by case managers often seemed to go unheard. * After approximately nine months of employment, I was told the company was “going in a different direction” and my services were no longer needed. Prior to my termination, I was never formally written up, placed on a performance improvement plan, or given corrective counseling. * I requested consideration for a CSS position or another role within the company and was denied.
