Pros
#1 pro is the company culture. The company at all levels really lives by the company values.
#2 talent. For such a young company the talent that has been brought in is outstanding.
#3 idea. In a few years everyone is going to ask, "why wasn't it always done this way?"
Cons
Hyper growth makes for the need to redo processes in short time periods. This is start up life but still can be frustrating.
Benefits have not been great the past year but the HR team announce a new overhaul of the benefits for this year so hopefully this con goes into the pro category soon.
