Pros

I had a great experience working at Madison Resources. It was genuinely a fun and positive environment where I looked forward to coming to work each day. The management team was supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, which made a big difference. The training was thorough and well structured, giving me the tools I needed to succeed from the start. What really stood out to me was the sense of camaraderie among the team. I truly enjoyed working with my coworkers, everyone was friendly, collaborative, and uplifting. There’s a real sense that people care about each other, and that creates a family like atmosphere that is hard to find. A lot of people at the company have worked there for a long time, so it fosters that environment. It’s a place where your contributions are valued, and you're treated with respect. Overall, it was a rewarding and enjoyable place to work, and I’m grateful for the experience. I ended up leaving because my husband got a job out of town and we moved away. Miss the team at Madison!

Cons

I honestly don’t have many, as I truly enjoyed my time with the company. The only downside was the lack of a 401(k) match, which would have been a great added benefit. Other than that, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

well now that the "kids" took over the company has gone from a great place to work under Lenny to an absolutely awful place. No communication whatsoever after initially promising to be open and upfront. Back to office 4 days a week for "collaboration" after 5 years of productive remote work. Letting go of fantastic employees when their "quiet firing" of bringing employees back to the office didn't get the results they wanted. No Christmas bonus last two years, pieces of felt for a Christmas gift (apparently they are hand warmers?). Quietly took away a holiday the company has had for decades. Maybe this is all a tactic to continue their "quiet firing" by making this place unbearable to work for? If so, great job! Everything is being done for the "betterment" of the company with no regard to the people who make this company run on a daily basis.
