Nothing, literally worse company and 2 faced managers.
Cons
1. Never work in this company. 2. Company pays the employees to write 5 star reviews that too 5000 INR. 3. There are only the same 3-5 who gets bonuses every time. 4. You will be Under paid 5. Office politics to another level. 6. They will try to always make you sign a bond generally 18months to 24months. (WHICH IS ILLEGAL BY THE INDIAN GOVT.) Those who have signed remember you can always leave the company without paying any penalty, in case if they ask you to pay penalty approach a lawyer because they are illegal to ask you to do so, even if you have signed the bond. 7. Company makes work extra hours and on Saturdays , without any pay. 8. Best of luck if you plan to work in this company
