Good place to make mistakes and learn from them. Coworkers are mostly very nice and friendly

Cons

Management and operations are very disorganized. No clear processes for how to do things, not enough safeguards, atmosphere is very "blind leading the blind". Layoffs have been happening every 3-6 months.
