Company is in the business of consulting & strategy & advising firms on how to run their business but in truth they have no idea how to run their own Consulting business. The CEO (Mr. RK) flies around India for no reason, talks stylishly, dresses fashionably, but has no clue how to run the business and disrespects the people who work to run the business. The company has no respect for clients or work ethics often fudging and falsifying project work and just delivering fancy presentations with good narratives and false nos. Only interest is to take the clients money and deliver subpar work with minimal timelines. The Management and leaders are delusional and do not know how to manage people, timelines, strategy, clients or deliverables. Management treats people like blue collar workers with disrespectful behaviour. The management has 0 work ethics and are unfair to people who work for them, their clients and the work itself.
