MWD Services provided a great family atmosphere form the begging. Their ability to train people at such a fast pace really sets them apart. My superiors where able to clearly communicate what they wanted from their team members. They also made sure the team members clearly understood the task at hand before the release of work.

MWD Services due to the nature of the business were unable to provide a steady work schedule. The drive to the job locations were sometime upward to 15hrs.

Mostly relaxed atmosphere except when urgent situations arise. I enjoyed the people I worked with for the most part with the exception of a few bad apples (as with most any workplace). I really enjoyed my work that I was tasked with and will miss that the most. Compensation and benefits were pretty good and in line with most companies in our field. For the most part, management is solid, with the exceptions of some bad decisions and misplaced loyalties every now and then. However, I am grateful for my time there and will miss it.

Some weak spots in middle management not addressing real problems on occasion. Also instances of creating problems where there are none. Again, bad decisions and misplaced loyalties are a problem there from time to time.
