Terrible management - Purchasing Account Manager MW Polar Employee Review

Terrible management, they will hire you for one position and move you to another position you are not interested in. Also, when a person leaves they split up their job duties instead of hiring another person. They mentioned they are look to find a replacement but 6 months later you are still doing a 2 person job sometimes even 3. Management style is differently a micro management type, office environment is also too serious and work hours are 8-5pm however everyone is still in the office at 6-7. If you leave on time or at 5:30 the response you will get is you don’t have enough to do. If you are doing your job and everything is going well with no problems but if you make the mistake to not copy everyone in every single email you are doing nothing! Management also will not have your back and will tell you, you are doing good but then tell upper management they don’t know what you are doing. They have people leaving work 8-9 most days and their response it doesn’t matter how long they stay. No work life balance what so ever!
