Pros

They have an open door policy, so you can and should escape.

Cons

The environment is dominated by male supremacist who don’t know anything about running a proper transportation business. A federal investigation needs to be conducted as there are a lot of laws being broken. I’m sure that will never happen due to the county having their foot on the necks of MV employees. Drivers are over worked and no consideration or respect is given to them. Drivers will leave base with an assigned amount of paratransit customers to pick up and while they are out driving more customers are added onto their itinerary, without even asking the drivers. When drivers complain they are not heard and Union extends no support. The schedulers who are employed by the county have no idea of how to schedule trips, no timetables, poor mapping skills and they don’t work as a team so everything is all screwed up. Dialysis patients, seniors and ADHC customers are in transport for hours due to poor scheduling and driver shortage. Employees are deprived of being able to take time off due to management becoming very hostile when employees request time off. Overall it’s very important to take these ratings at face value because from what I’ve experienced they are true. With the exception of the CEO having a high percentage; I question the factuality of that score.
