Pros

When I drove for them it was transportation of elderly and handicapped. The customers were the reason I worked there for 3 years.

Cons

To many to share. The craziest was the Union fees and health benefits. Both of which were mandatory to have, odd. The cost of medical and union dues were higher than what you made once a month, odd. Union really didn't care. It was like the Union And Company we're in cahoots with one another. Again ODD.
