Pros
Once on the shift, they don't really bother you. Very flexible with off days without pay if you have an emergency. The type of job you go in to clock in, after your shift clock out and don't have to talk to anyone. Easy in and easy go.
Cons
Pay can be a bit higher. Management on the other hand is the worse I have ever seen. They honestly don't care about their drivers. They would give you a schedule for example for 5 am and tell you that you can start 2 hours before or 2 hours after. So if you think you're going to have a decent night's sleep to work a 10-hour shift think again. The schedule comes out super late at night sometimes at 11 pm or 12 am and they expect you to be there on time. Oh yeah, the last thing is if you get into an accident for sure they going to blame you and say it was preventable even if 100% of other drivers' fault. hit and runs are still your faults.
