      No pros Would give Zero Stars If I could.

      Cons

      Owner treats employees as trash. There is always a fear of getting fired or getting bullied. One month employees are given raise on there best performance the next month they are fired. No work ethics some times its very happy place but most of the times everybody is in tension.

      Thank you for taking the time to write down your feelings on this platform. Your experience seems to be unique from all the other employees past or present. If you were let go for performance issues I am sure there were multiple reviews done and opportunities given for you to bring up your performance in the six months from your last raise. Nobody has been let go within at least 3-6 months of their last raise. The fact that sometimes it is a happy place and some times tense might be a reflection on individual moods and not the company culture. Either ways we wish you all the best in your future!

      Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      I worked for this company for a little over One year. There is so much melodrama in the company. Since I joined I saw 12+ people join and leave or get fired. Every new person joined one was fired. Even after closing Contract and full time positions we were asked to justify our salary which was peanuts. The Owner / Principals attitude is so bad she treats people like they are her slaves. Recruiters are yelled at and have no value at all. If you do not trust people you should close the company and stay at home.
