      Good pension (DC) / benefits package Small London team (C. 600) means you get to know a lot more influencers Limited number of egos

      Cons

      Find it hard to generate P&L so typical cost cutting at mid management level is commonplace Behind the times in terms of working from home ie it's frowned upon generally Hard to get promoted due to lack of size / natural turnover of staff

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
