      Pros

      - Working for a company who thinks it is the 1980's (great if you have fond memories of those years), - Discipline to follow same patterns over and over and over (regardless of results)

      Cons

      It has all been said in reviews here. They claim to facilitate, educate and innovate. Yet they can not facilitate in their own organization (only one dictator), are not educated (they do not know what they don't know and ego gets in the way), they know 'innovation' is a buzz word, but can not define or implement.

      Great place to work. Amazing employee oriented culture.

      Cons

      Small firm which impacts level of benefits that can be provided. That being said benefits are strong for this sized company.

      Pros

      Lot's of long term clients, local work. Enjoy working with their employees who seem to be genuinely hard working folks.

      Cons

      Long term employees and new leadership do not understand the market. Most client work from a few long term clients making new growth doubtful. New consulting companies who enter the market do not overlap so I get to work for all and not worry about running into the same clients.
