Long term regional company with a founder who has a good reputation. Some operational practices, like customer satisfaction surveys and employee surveys have been put in place. Some management genuinely concerned about issues that are seen.
Cons
Consultants angry as seen in posts here. Promises made in last year, focus to improve with no movement, fear of job safety and obvious deaf ears of leadership is noted. Consultants should quietly look for new jobs if they feel nothing will change. Think about your resume!!
