the management is terrible very unprofessional and for that reason the employees quite after a short period,new COO is probably one of the worse people you will come across. Questionable use to power "I'm not quite sure if some is even legal"-Questionable work demanded by the company "some is obviously illegal and against the HIPAA rules and violates the VA contract rules"- few management personnel’s and employees call themselves doctors, which is laughable because they are not doctors by any means-Job instability-You may work today, and get laid off tomorrow without warning. Vacation days (4 days a year is a joke and you will need to beg for your earned vacation days, yes that is true). Your hard work is unappreciated; no matter how hard you work and go out of you way it's never good enough.
