As a decade-plus veteran of the medical staffing industry, it was amazing to join such a strong culture of employees who genuinely care about the caregivers they work with and the facilities that hire them. From the owner to the HR team, to the marketing director, everyone meets weekly to discuss ideas and best practices to develop new and rewarding ways to best serve our clients. It just feels good to be a part of such a positive forward-thinking culture in 2024!
