Think twice before accepting the offer - Management Support MSA Outsourcing Solutions Employee Review

My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. The work culture was toxic, and simple administrative matters often required constantly chasing management for updates or action. Whether it was payroll, administrative requests, or salary discussions, getting anything resolved was unnecessarily difficult. Compensation was below market value for the work expected, and there was little transparency around remuneration. One of the biggest issues was that there is no HR department, leaving employees with no independent avenue to raise concerns or resolve workplace issues. I also witnessed employees being dismissed in circumstances that I felt were unfair, with little to no opportunity to challenge those decisions. This created an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. Overall, I would not recommend this company. The organization would benefit from investing in a healthier work culture, fair management practices, and proper HR support for employees.
