I really don’t feel like there is any con but low pay

My manager is amazing. She is very understanding and tries to work with our team to make the best work environment possible. The job itself is not a difficult one.

The training needs to be revamped. The salary and the benefits are not the greatest. Minimal PTO until you reach year 3 which means you can't really afford to take vacation or be sick.
