The people are fantastic. Good holiday. If your face fits you'll go far. If you show no interested in your role and never turn up you'll actively get promoted.

Pay is so awful many members of staff have to subsidise it by working ridiculous amounts of over time. Don't support staff. Work you to the bone. Minimal recognition for hard working employees.
