Leadership is so clueless you can probably achieve great things until they wake up and try to manage you.
Cons
Literally everything, but it starts at the “top”. The puppet of the investors is a fraud. Never built anything or sold anything himself. Just trolls in the shadow mod others and mindlessly follows what “others” tell him to do. I hope he has a broom handy when he finally gets fired. Probably something everyone should know is they cannot pay their bills NOR their employees. They continually have to receive additional money from one particular investor and the CEO has maxed out his credit cards. They do not pay vendors on time, they haven't paid consultants in months and refuse to pay their sales people commissions earned. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
