Pros
-Lots of freedom from upper management to handle deals as we see fit -High commission percentage which can result in lucrative annual compensation -flexible holidays and off time -great office culture and love the colleagues
Cons
Cant think of many - maybe the long hours and work it takes to get deals across the line but that's common in all sales!
