Management has no desire to connect with their employees at all. They rarely interact and when they do, are unprofessional and condescending. No use in bringing any issues of concern up to anybody in a higher power, nothing will be done about it. Promises of pay raises and promotions that never come. Very little advancement opportunities and it is ALL based on favoritism. Completely random schedules with no set hours and almost never two days off in a row a week. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Someone quits or was fired every single week, sometimes multiple.
