Dysfunctional culture despite some great managers - Head Office MJMK Restaurants Employee Review

Some managers try to help and it finishes there.

Poor working conditions, no support whatsoever, overwhelming overload of work, high expectations for low rewarding. Poor management from head office and General managers. No accountability for any of their decisions

Great environment, company mindset is nice and they take of the people they work with, of course they do it for their own interest, is not for the love of Christ, but it works and pretty much a lot of people is happy in their role
