Everyone who works at MJ Boyd; Malcolm Boyd and Alex Pole are incredible bosses who really care about all of their employees; they're truly great at recruitment and will put in the time & effort to make sure you're set up to succeed in the company. Lots of creative freedom, always open to new ideas and lots of opportunity for networking in the compliance space. Just a really great company overall, loved working there, and you get to learn some sweet Scottish phrases while you're at it - ya ken what I mean :)
