Cons
Higher ed has changed significantly and will continue to change. Strife on campus between student communities, alumni dissatisfaction, the cost of college continuing to rise ... higher ed is in for a reckoning at some point. Non-faculty staff can sometimes feel overlooked or underappreciated.
