Everything is negative Outdated software, all manual work and they don`t encourage automation. Japanese treat indians like their slaves. No flexibility, even half day Saturday`s looks like Monday morning. People join and leave the organisation, every month their will be 3 resignation. Please don`t join if they offer you greedy designation like Manager. End of the day you will be treated like fresher. No Job security, unnecessary pressure. No extra benefit inside office, like no cups for coffee or water, you have to get from your home. If you lost office water bottle then you to pay for it. Everyone is searching job & negativity
