Pros
Smart, intelligent team in the office. All willing to teach and aid when time permits, but that gets harder to deploy when client calls. There's a good plan for 2015, but execution is yet to be seen. Avoid the NY office, all the other NA offices seem warm and welcoming when compared.
Cons
Small office, with not enough resources for task at hand. Minimal on-boarding process in the office, poor communication. I watched 4 people leave in a space of 2 months. There was heavy pressure to "look busy and "create work," when you needed guidance most from management. This created a atmosphere of mistrust and fear. Communication was so poor between my direct manager that it made me hate work. I was new to the industry and got nothing but teasing and intimidation, but I took it thinking an opportunity would arise. It took 8 months just to get on a project, would not have taken job if more honesty was presented in hiring process.
