Good upper management. Great project resume. Good pay. Good benefits. If you're hard working and dedicated to your work you get the praise you deserve.

Like all construction work, It is fast paced. Have to meet your deadlines. If you're looking for a place to come to work to collect a pay check. It's not for you.

They pay well. They have to, to try to keep employees. Most usually end up quitting before long even with the nice pay.

They do not care about their employees at all they treat them with so much disrespect. They yell and scream at them, put them down, belittle them. You can do no right no matter how hard you work. They will have something negative to say to you. Nobody under management likes working there and they all are trying to find work elsewhere. The place is a joke. They need a company overhaul.
