Pros

Been with MGR 3 weeks so far so good in small sample size. Held back a week in the hole I wasn’t aware of but its been good money

Cons

MGR is pretty decent, viki in terminal and girls in office are very nice

Great pay and nice managment.

Cons

The dispatcher should be treated same as the driver. For MGR the driver is always right.

Pros

Some lanes pay well while others are crap. You have to really run hard to make a living

Cons

Lease prices too damn high. In a bad market you really can’t make good money
