Pros
Smart co-workers (NOT the CEO nor the COO). But, unfortunately, smart people leave this company quickly due to bad management and 100% surveillance, mobbing and a lot of pressure. Apart from the CEO and COO there are only about 10 employees and every single year 5-6 employees quit because they cannot stand the management and the bad atmosphere. This is 50-60% of the whole company.
Cons
The way the CEO and COO treat their employees (and clients) - they lie, manipulate, surveil, insult and blame others constantly. The reviews are an excellent example and give a perfectly clear picture of the managers, Mark and Tara. While the first five reviews give the company the lowest score possible and state that the managers are unqualified and lower people's self esteem, there is one review that gives the company 5 stars (!!). It actually even says "pro- CEO" and "con -" "Managers and team leaders are high performers, hard working, talented and really smart". It could NOT have been more obvious that this review is written by Tara and Mark themselves, which again shows that they are not "talented and really smart" at all. Furthermore, the review claims "underachievers, always hoping under-achievers will one day start to perform (never happens)" -which is their tactic 100% - always blaming others for failing and saying they will never be good enough. Instead of paying attention to the poor reviews they get and start treating people as humans, they keep seeing themselves as the hard working, super smart people and all the others as "under-achievers". I find it actually quite amusing how naiv it is to put a 5 star review saying all good things about themselves. I guess, the next reviews the management will post, will only be 4 stars to make it less obvious.
