Great collegiate atmosphere, entrepreneurial spirit, wide variety of businesses to work on as it is an investment conglomerate with international presence.
Cons
The pace of business is slower than it was several years ago. The finance services business is a low profile one. The company is gravitating from its former business model of equity investor to hands on operations. Incentive system is not clear and transparent.
