Instead of focusing on impactful projects, the team is stuck iterating on an inefficient internal tool. Work allocation is also concerning. Interns and new joiners are primarily given trivial CRUD-based tasks that offer little to no real-world learning or engineering depth. There is minimal exposure to production-grade systems, architecture, or industry-relevant practices. Instead of mentorship, new employees are handed rigid task sheets resembling academic practical lists, which discourages creativity and independent problem-solving.
