Pros
I worked at MD at Home for almost two years as a Clinical Analyst. My experience there was different from any other job I've had. I was able to apply my knowledge as Medical School graduate, as I awaited licensing exam results and residency. Working at MD at Home allowed me to interact with patients while simultaneously teaching me about the business aspect of medicine, both of which are necessary to attain my future goals. Everyone at MD at Home made me feel like I was a part of their family, made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of my job, and were always available to help me when I needed it.
Cons
The job itself was challenging. It was always busy and there was always something to do (but more importantly, something to learn). Though it was a "con" at the time, it really prepared me for my career.
